Place the thobe in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
